Privacy-first site analytics
TERRA measures aggregate website use without identifying or following individual visitors.
Analytics began on 2 September 2026. Daily aggregates are retained for 365 days.
What is counted
Successful public HTML page views and measured visits are counted. A measured visit is a direct or external arrival; movement between TERRA pages is not counted as a new visit. Referral sources are reduced immediately to broad categories. Country is stored only as a two-letter code, device as mobile, tablet, desktop or unknown, and page as one of TERRA’s public routes.
Detected automated traffic is excluded using Cloudflare Bot Management signals when available and a conservative automated user-agent check. Counts can still differ from other analytics systems.
What is not stored
No cookies, localStorage, fingerprinting or individual visitor profiles are used. IP addresses, raw user-agent strings, full referrer URLs and query strings are not written to TERRA analytics.
Processing and retention
Cloudflare Analytics Engine keeps the coarse page-event data for up to three months. A scheduled server-side process converts it into separate daily aggregates. The server-side API credential is never sent to the browser.
Completed applications are counted without copying names, email addresses, organisations or case descriptions into analytics. Application responses remain governed by the separate early-access privacy and consent controls.
Public milestone
The public website can show only a rounded-down, cached visit milestone after the measured total reaches its configured minimum. Cloudflare sampling weights are applied before rounding. The counter never labels visits as unique people and never publishes a manually entered number.
